Founded by Elizabeth Ortega, EVOKE Private Styling is built on over two decades of experience in the fashion industry.
With a background in fashion design and curatorial practice, Elizabeth approaches styling as a process of selection, composition and refinement. Each piece is chosen with intention — to create looks that are considered, personal and distinctive.

The styling fee covers the creative direction and curatorial process. It is paid upon booking and before mockup delivery — it is non-refundable as it represents the full professional work invested in your curation, regardless of which pieces you choose to purchase afterwards.
Garments are priced separately at their original European label price and purchased individually once you approve your selection. Shipping — AUD$150, tracked international delivery from Europe (2–4 weeks) — is confirmed before any purchase.

EVOKE Private Styling ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Elizabeth Ortega, ABN 46 530 887 909, based in Sydney, Australia. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What information we collect
When you use our services, we may collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Body measurements and sizing information
- Style preferences, occasion details and budget
- A full-body photograph provided voluntarily for digital styling purposes
- Payment information (processed securely through third-party providers)
How we use your information
Your personal information is used exclusively to create your personalised digital styling mockup, source and curate garments on your behalf, communicate with you regarding your styling service, and process payments and manage your order. We do not sell, share or disclose your personal information to third parties, except as required to deliver your service or as required by law.
Your photograph
Any photograph you provide is used solely to create your digital styling mockup. It is stored securely, never shared with third parties, and permanently deleted once your service is complete.
Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at evokeprivatestyling@gmail.com.
Your rights
Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact us directly.

Styling package fee
The styling package fee (Basic, Standard or Signature) is paid upon booking and is non-refundable. It covers the full creative and curatorial process — research, selection, digital mockup and coordination — regardless of which garments you choose to purchase afterwards.
Garment purchases
Garments are sourced directly from European and international suppliers. Once you approve a look and confirm your order, the following conditions apply:
- Change of mind: We are unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has been placed with the supplier.
- Incorrect item or defect: If a garment arrives significantly different from what was presented in your digital mockup, or arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
- Sizing: We take great care to match garments to your provided measurements. As European sizing may differ from Australian sizing, we provide detailed size guidance before any purchase is confirmed. We are unable to accept returns for sizing issues where the garment matches the agreed size.
Damaged or lost items
All shipments are tracked. In the unlikely event of a lost or damaged shipment, we will manage the claim with the shipping provider on your behalf.

By booking a styling service with EVOKE Private Styling, you agree to the following terms.
The service
EVOKE Private Styling provides a personal styling service that includes the research, curation and digital presentation of outfits sourced from European and international markets. The service does not guarantee the purchase of any specific garment, as availability is subject to stock at the time of order confirmation.
Styling packages
Each package includes a defined number of complete looks and refinement rounds:
- Basic (AUD$150): 1 look · 1 refinement round
- Standard (AUD$250): 2 looks · 2 refinement rounds per look
- Signature (AUD$450): 4 looks · 3 refinement rounds per look
Additional refinement rounds are available at AUD$50 per round, which includes a new garment search. An updated mockup will be produced only where the change of garment requires it. The cost of any additional rounds will be added to your final garment payment — no separate advance payment is required.
Stock availability
All garments presented in your digital styling mockup are verified as available at the time of curation. In the exceptional event that an item sells out before your order is placed, we will source an equivalent alternative at no additional charge, provided the new mockup is approved within 24 hours of its delivery. If the alternative is not accepted and a further search is requested after that period, a charge of AUD$30 will apply. No purchase will be made without your explicit confirmation.
Payment
The styling package fee is due upon booking and before mockup delivery. Garment payments, together with any applicable charges for additional refinement rounds, are due upon approval of your selected looks and before any order is placed with the supplier. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST, as EVOKE Private Styling is not currently registered for GST.
Intellectual property
All digital styling mockups and curated selections created by EVOKE Private Styling remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.
Limitation of liability
EVOKE Private Styling is not liable for delays, losses or damages caused by international shipping, customs processing, strikes, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always communicate transparently and do everything possible to resolve any issue in your favour.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Shipping Policy

Where we ship from
EVOKE Private Styling sources garments across Europe and ships directly to your address in Australia. We currently ship to all states and territories of Australia.
Shipping option
- Tracked international shipping — AUD$150: Estimated delivery 2 to 4 weeks from order confirmation. Tracked door-to-door delivery from our European warehouse to your Australian address.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays or carrier delays. A tracking number is provided once your order is dispatched.
Customs and duties
All international shipments to Australia may be subject to customs duties, GST and processing fees, collected by Australian Border Force in accordance with the Customs Act 1901 and the Low Value Imported Goods (LVIG) rules in effect since July 2018.
As a general guide:
- Below AUD$800: customs charges are uncommon, though not guaranteed to be avoided.
- Between AUD$800 and AUD$1,000: customs charges become increasingly likely (typically 10% GST).
- AUD$1,000 and above: customs charges apply with certainty — 10% GST plus possible import duties on clothing.
Any applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the client and are collected directly by the carrier at the time of delivery. Where your order is likely to approach or exceed the AUD$1,000 threshold, EVOKE will provide an estimate before final payment so you can plan with full transparency.
Please note that any additional time a shipment is held at customs for inspection or processing is not included in the estimated delivery times stated above, as it is outside our control.

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment. EVOKE Private Styling will monitor your delivery and contact you if any issues arise.
Damaged or lost shipments
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. This timeframe is necessary because carriers have strict deadlines for processing claims. After 48 hours we cannot guarantee resolution, although we will continue to advocate on your behalf. Please contact us at evokeprivatestyling@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the package condition where applicable.

How to Measure
A guide for the most accurate fit
For the most accurate curation, take your measurements over a thin layer of clothing or your underwear. Use a soft tape measure, keep it parallel to the floor, and snug — never tight.
Height
Stand barefoot with your back against a wall, feet together. Measure from the floor to the top of your head.
Bust
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level across your back. Take a relaxed breath before reading the measurement.
Waist
Measure the narrowest part of your natural waistline — usually just above the navel. Don't suck in.
Hips
Stand with feet together. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping it level.
If possible, ask someone to help you — it's easier to keep the tape level and read the numbers accurately with a second pair of hands.
